R2-3G is the U. S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) Rapid Response Program. It is a five year contract available to Department of Defense (DOD) and other Federal Agencies to provide rapid access to products and services to research, development, upgrade, install, fabricate, test, operate, maintain and support new and existing platforms, systems, subsystems. Non-Federal agencies may use the R2-3G contract if the work is within scope and Federal funds are used to fund the effort. R2-3G is CECOM’s primary Homeland Defense Security contract.

The Department of Transportation’s Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks (e-FAST) are a computerized processing system designed to simplify and expedite the receipt and processing of the Form 5500 and Form 5500-EZ by relying on computer scannable forms and electronic filing technologies. The Form 5500 and Form 5500-EZ are filed each year by more than one million pension and other employee benefit plans to satisfy annual reporting requirements under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) and the Internal Revenue Code. It provides multiple contract types: firm-fixed price cost reimbursable, time, material and labor hour. E-Fast processes are automated and structured to facilitate rapid procurements and efficient administration.
In January of 2010 the Coast Guard awarded The McHenry Management Group of Chesapeake a $61 million prime contract for Maintenance and Support Planning, Configuration Management and Supply Support for the Surface Force Logistics Center in Baltimore, MD. In April of 2011 DMG Federal joined the TMMG LSS contract team as subcontractor and is presently providing support to the Office of Configuration and Technical Data Management (CG-444) at Coast Guard Headquarters.

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is designed to promote small business utilization when purchasing information technology (IT) services or IT services-based solutions for the federal government. The 8(a) STARS II program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.8.

Seapower 21 was promulgated in 2002 by the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) in order to provide a framework to align, organize and integrate the U.S. Navy to meet a wide variety of challenges. The CNO called upon the entire Navy to find more ways to become efficient and effective. To meet Seapower 21 objectives and to increase efficiency, the Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Centers established the Seaport Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle using a web-based, e-business procurement Portal, to facilitate performance based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time. In October 2004, the Virtual SYSCOM Commanders formalized an agreement to expand the ordering community of SeaPort-e to include all Virtual SYSCOM activities to leverage the success of SeaPort-e in achieving the aforementioned objectives across the Virtual SYSCOM. Additionally, other activities, including the Military Sealift Command, Strategic Systems Programs, Office of Naval Research, Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), and the United States Marine Corps have chosen to use SeaPort-e.

NSA NSETS II (the NSA Small Business Set-aside) is a follow-on to the original NSETS program. NSETS II is an important agency initiative that will enable NSA to competitively acquire agency requirements for business, engineering, information technology, operations support, and training services from teams of highly qualified small businesses. It follows on the extremely successful NSETS I, which expired the end of FY 2007. NSA strives to meet or exceed our small business utilization goals, while at the same time acquire the highest quality services and support for the Agency. NSETS II is expected to greatly contribute to the Agency’s small business utilization goals. More importantly, the NSETS II contracts will provide vehicles for the Agency to receive services and support of the highest caliber for the next three years.
Price Fighters perform various types of cost, price and engineering analyses for government customers. Price Fighters assist contracting officers negotiate lower prices, while helping the U.S. Government acquire what it needs to operate while saving taxpayer dollars. Formed in 1983, Price Fighters performs what it terms “Should-Cost” analyses on spare parts and weapons systems, providing Navy, DoD, and Civilian Federal Agency buyers, contracting officers, and program managers with data that is both quick and accurate. This data enables acquisition officials to make crucial procurement decisions, resulting in better, more effective program management.
