This position contributes to the Company’s success by successfully “hunting” and identifying potential companies/contracts/RFP’s looking to purchase like products and services. This will be accomplished by using a communication process that differentiates the organization from competitors and provides added value to win the business.
Core Responsibilities:
• Assesses, evaluates, identifies and cultivates strategic relationships with potential clients, partners and customers.
• Designs and recommends business development programs and sets short- and long-term BD goals and strategies.
• Sets target accounts each quarter to fully penetrate for future business awareness.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
• Minimum of five years of business development or sales experience.
• Minimum of three years proven success with technical sales, solutions or services.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% time and have own transportation.
• Government/Federal sales experience is preferred.

• Analyzes customer business needs and recommends solutions for improvement.
• Conducts remote and onsite consulting.
• May provide technical support for management and staff.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
• A minimum of two years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Business Objects, Microstrategy, Qlikview, etc.), Performance Management, Data Integration, Process Re-Engineering or Application Development, or at least two years of IT or Finance/Accounting consulting experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50%.
This position contributes to the Company’s success by leading initiatives in one or more areas and working with clients to deliver business intelligence solutions designed to help them increase their corporate revenue, drive business growth and effectively compete in their markets.
Core Responsibilities:
• Leads project teams for a timely, economic utilization of resources assigned to the project.
• Analyzes customer business needs and recommends solutions for improvement; assists the Sales and Delivery teams with Blueprints and Statements of Work.
• Conducts remote and onsite consulting.
• Builds proof of concept solutions to up-sell.
• May manage one or more Associate Consultants or Consultants.
• Conducts technical interviews for prospective new employees.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
• Expert knowledge of and a minimum of 4-5 years of experience with Business Intelligence Tools (e.g. Business Objects, Microstrategy, Qlikview, etc.), Performance Management, Data Integration, Process Re-Engineering, Application Development or Finance/Accounting.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior consulting experience.
• Must be willing and available to travel a minimum of 50%.
This position contributes to the Company’s success by managing one or more projects within the Professional Services Organization to deliver effective solutions and ensure quality delivery to our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
• Manages small and large projects of varying durations for a timely and economic utilization of resources assigned to the project.
• Analyzes customer business needs, assists with clarifying business requirements and recommends solutions for improvement.
• Determines and drives the management of client expectations and maintains client satisfaction.
• Builds project plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), scopes and budgets; identifies risks and hits targeted milestones.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
• A minimum of 2 years of Project Management experience, to include experience within the IT field.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Professional project management training and/or PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
This position contributes to the Company’s success by directing, planning and managing the overall activities for a particular practice.
Core Responsibilities:
• Provides strategic planning for designated practice.
• Maintains strategic relationships with clients.
• Provides direction and guidance to Project Managers, Project Technical Leads, Senior Consultants and Consultants
• Manages budget/P&L for designated practice.
• Tracks resource availability and forecasts when additional resources will be needed.
• Maintains full client interaction, from pre-sale to project completion.
• Up-sells and cross-sells to new and existing clients.
• Manages direct reports effectively and monitors and supports their professional development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Abilities:
• Ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Problem analysis and problem resolution skills at both a strategic and functional level.
• Technical skills in software tools as required for practice.
• Strong customer/client orientation.
• Minimum of ten years relevant work experience.
• Minimum of five years management experience, to include experience growing a team and/or consulting practice.
• Professional project management training and/or PMP/PMI certification is a plus.
